Also, I think I have a theory on the shows getting cut-off. I think our host is terminating the transfers, and iTunes et.al don't retry the download. If your download gets cut off, delete and re-download the show. Hopefully it'll finish the next time.
I'll see about getting a different host.

Re-downloading it worked. It always seems like a bit of a pain to get to the actual list of shows in iTunes, but it worked pretty well.

I've found that if I don't mess with rewinding or forwarding during the show, it does pretty ok. But if you move the slider at all, it gets extremely confused as to the timestamp -- it thinks you're farther along than you are, and so stops short. I think that re-downloading is the only way to clear whatever cache appears to keep track of play time. Crazy!
